This Refund and Revision Policy describes our money-back and free revisions guarantees and is applicable to website customers in relation to the orders they receive from Premium-Papers.com.
Money Back Guarantee
By using our Premium-Papers services, you agree to provide us with clear and concise instructions and ensure the accuracy of all details. We will do our best to meet your requirements. In case you wish to request a refund, please do so within 7 days of receiving the order.
You may submit your refund request in writing, either through the Customer Admin Panel or via email. After this 7-day period, we will not consider any refund requests.
If you receive your order with a delay, the total order cost will be adjusted based on the new deadline. You will be refunded for the price difference between the original and final deadlines. Please note that we are not liable for any other circumstances and will not entertain refund claims beyond this.
We do not issue refunds for discounts and seasonal offers.
Free Revision Guarantee
In case you believe that revisions to your order are necessary, you may request free amendments. You can execute this right by sending us a written request through the Customer Admin Panel or via email within 14 days of receiving the completed order. If the order was delivered and 14 days have passed, we assume that you are satisfied and no longer eligible for a free revision.
In case the revision instructions differ or contradict the initial order instructions, or more than 14 days have passed since the completion date, we will charge you an additional fee. The fee will be determined individually, considering the extent of the revisions required.
We do not include the time required for our academic experts to make revisions in the original order deadline and delivery of the final order will not be considered late under our Money Back Guarantee. Contact Us
