Executive Summary

This PMO charter is essential to obtain the organization to its ideal state. It included key performance indicators for measures, staffing, duties, and services and the PMO’s objectives. It stated whether the sponsor of the PMO would be incorporated into the PMO and whether the development of new roles, workflows, and PMO services are all essential study concerns. The PMO charter responded to the Assessment report and described its intended use.

Justification

The need to address the Trinity Health Organization’s physician and nurse shortfall led to the creation of the PMO. High death rates result from mishandled medical situations and delayed medication caused by the shortage (Campbell, 2022). The institution has financial difficulties as more expensive medical equipment is needed. Electronic health record systems have increased operation and maintenance costs. The high expense of purchasing medications for sick patients constrains some impoverished people without insurance.

Mission and Vision

This PMO aims to support the organization’s strategic vision by facilitating the handover of the value promised to customers. By easing the transfer of the value promised to customers, this PMO seeks to support the organization’s strategic vision. Doing this creates a setting where success is commonplace, project managers are content with their work, and users gain from an investment that has been carefully thought through.

Goals and Objectives

The goals and objectives of this PMO are to examine the present and future conditions of Trinity Health to highlight potential ramifications. Inadequate resources make it difficult to hire additional staff because more money is required to compensate employees, which is a common challenge facing organizations. The business establishes a proper follow-up strategy to maintain consistency and close gaps and weaknesses. It attempts to ensure that the employees adhere to the established rules and policies.

Evaluation and Metrics to Support Goals

PMO utilizes Professional PPM Instruments, coordinates Software and Portfolio Leadership, and facilitates better Strategic Management Processes.
