It is a requirement that after adopting the technologies, the organization should not sit back and relax since technology is dynamic and keeps on changing every day, therefore they are required to constantly check for the updates and ensure that they have the latest updates running within the organization.

The business is supposed to get into an agreement with these technology service providers to understand well the license user agreement and the ownership of the system. In most cases, the system cannot be owned by the company rather own the license alone something that can be renewed (Wan, Yang, Wang, & Hua, 2018). To prevent the interruptive nature of the technology, the organization is required to ensure that the technology is used for its specific purpose and not to overwhelm the system with a lot of operations that would deem it unfit for the business.
